The room was super clean and had comfy beds perfect for a couple's getaway. The outdoor space was lovely for relaxing. I also loved the good vibes in the lobby area! I have to mention the amazing service, especially when a staff member went out of their way to get me Tums from the nearest store. Now that's what I call outstanding customer care.
Felt good, no complaint.

The indoor pool and fitness facilities provide a nice break after a long day. Proximity to Gillette Stadium is a big plus for events, making it ideal for game days. Room features include comfortable bedding and bathroom amenities with Paul Mitchell products, adding a touch of luxury.
Rooms show signs of aging. the funky smell and worn-out decor make for a less than inviting atmosphere. I encountered a broken bathroom exhaust fan and a not-so-great nightlight, which felt like small oversights that add up. On top of that, the noise from nearby weddings kept me up late—definitely not what you want after a day filled with activities. I heard others venting their frustrations at the front desk about similar issues, like poor TV functionality and overall management responsiveness during busy events.

Great lobby renovation, but construction noise was disruptive during my stay.

The staff were friendly, but the experience was not enjoyable due to noise from parties. I had trouble sleeping because of loud events happening all night. I was exhausted and needed rest for my work. The service from staff like Claudia was good, but management did not seem to address the issues adequately.

Loved the comfy beds and how close it was to the concert venue. Clean room, too! Perfect for a quick stop after a fun night out.
The door didn’t lock, so I felt like I was auditioning for a horror movie all night.

great spots for weekend strolls and park visits nearby
i stayed for 2 nights and loved how close it is to fulton pond and park, perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk. The nearby patriots hall of fame made for an exciting exploration of local culture. however, the rooms felt a bit tired and could use some freshening up.

missingWrote a review on Sept 20comfortable bedfriendly staffclean accommodationsclosed pooloverpriced foodparking fees
The lobby looked really nice and inviting, perfect for relaxing. My room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were generally friendly. a couple of them even went out of their way to be helpful. However, there were significant issues. I was disappointed to find out when I arrived that the pool wasn't open, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Also, I expected coffee to be available in the lobby for free, but it was charged. That felt really off for a hotel stay. Parking fees were another surprise, given that it’s their own lot. It's hard to ignore feeling nickeled and dimed throughout the stay. The food options were quite basic and overpriced, which didn’t match the quality I expected. I think they really need to rethink how they handle amenities and customer communication to enhance guest satisfaction.

Comfy stay close to events
Had a super convenient spot for catching a show nearby. The room was comfy with a kingsize bed. A fridge and microwave were handy. I got to enjoy some fresh air on the patio. A bummer was that I didn't see free breakfast options, but at least there’s a Starbucks in the lobby for coffee lovers.

missingWrote a review on Sept 03spacious roomconvenient locationnon-functional tvs
Spacious Deluxe King room had ample space, including a couch and mini fridge that came in handy. The hotel offered easy access to Gillette Stadium and nearby shops like Patriot Place, making it perfect for any event.
The overall condition of the room felt tired, with a funky smell and minor annoyances like a non-operational bathroom exhaust fan. I also had issues with the two TVs in my suite. neither worked, which was frustrating. Additionally, I found the restaurant pricing a bit steep, especially considering the quality of the food didn’t meet expectations. During my stay, I had frequent interruptions from loud housekeeping staff in adjacent rooms, which disrupted sleep in the early morning hours.

Had an awesome group trip! We caught a Patriots game and a concert at the Xfinity Center, both within easy reach. The hotel was clean and modern, which made the stay enjoyable. Just a heads-up, the pool was closed, so plan other activities! Overall, a great time with friends.
The front desk staff didn't seem concerned when the TVs in our suite didn't work at all during our stay. It felt like they didn't care about the inconvenience and we left disappointed.
